• With Employers: Your profile and resume are visible to employers when you apply for jobs or when your profile matches their requirements. You can control visibility in your account settings.
• With Service Providers: Razorpay/Cashfree process payments; Google Analytics provides anonymized usage data. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation under the IT Act, 2000 or DPDP Act, 2023.
• With Your Consent: Any other sharing will only happen with your explicit consent.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
• Access Control: Only authorized personnel have access to user data. Strict role-based access controls are enforced.

• Google Sign-In users may delete without a password when signed in. Email/password users should enter their password for extra verification.

Data Export

Download a copy of your data as JSON from Profile → Download My Data (employees) or Employer Support → Download My Data (employers) in the mobile app.
