By accessing or using Automobile Jobs (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Creative Technology, the company that operates and manages this platform.

By enrolling in our Job Training Course, you additionally accept the course-specific refund terms — a 100% refund is available if cancelled before the course start date, with no refunds after commencement. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

• "Platform" — The website, mobile app, and all related services operated under https://jobautomobiledealer.com
• "User" — Any person who accesses the Platform, including visitors, job seekers, and employers
• "Candidate" / "Job Seeker" — An individual registered on the Platform seeking employment opportunities in the automobile industry
• "Employer" — A company or individual registered to post jobs and hire candidates
• "Content" — All text, images, videos, data, and information on the Platform
• "Services" — All features offered including job listings, contact plans, live chat, career resources, and training materials

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
• You are not located in a country subject to Indian trade sanctions
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts (for employers)

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• Maintain one account per user (duplicate accounts may be suspended)
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

As a job seeker or candidate, you agree that:

• Your profile and resume may be visible to registered employers when you apply or make your profile searchable
• You will not submit false, misleading, or outdated information
• You will not apply for jobs for which you are clearly unqualified
• You will not use the Platform to harass, scam, or mislead employers
• You understand that job listings are posted by third-party employers and we do not guarantee employment
• HR contact details are shown only when provided by the employer and permitted by our privacy and verification rules
• Paid services (contact plans) are subject to our Refund Policy

As an employer, you agree that:

• You will provide valid business documentation (GST certificate or equivalent) for verification
• All job listings will be accurate, truthful, and comply with Indian labour laws
• You will not discriminate on the basis of caste, religion, gender, age, or disability
• You will respond to job applications in a timely manner
• You will not use the Platform to collect personal data for purposes other than hiring
• Paid employer subscriptions, featured listings, resume packs, and other employer add-ons are subject to our Refund Policy
• You are responsible for the content of all job postings made from your account

All job listings on the Platform must:

• Include a genuine, current job opening
• State accurate salary ranges (if applicable)
• Specify clear job requirements and responsibilities
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws

Prohibited listings include:

• Fake or "phantom" jobs with no actual opening
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• Positions requiring upfront payment from candidates
• Jobs involving illegal activities or adult content

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Certain features of the Platform require payment:

• Employer Subscriptions: Monthly/annual plans for job posting and candidate access
• Contact Plans: One-time or subscription plans for job seekers to access employer contact details
• Featured/Premium Listings: Enhanced visibility for job postings
• Resume Packs & Add-ons: Optional employer purchases for resume credits, profile boosts, and similar hiring tools

Payment Terms:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or Cashfree
• We do not store credit/debit card details on our servers
• Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy

Our refund policy is detailed in a separate document — Refund Policy. Below is a summary of the two main categories:

Job Training Course

• 100% refund if cancellation is made before the course start date
• No refund after the course start date, regardless of attendance
• Full refund also issued if the course is cancelled by the organizer

Employer & Other Paid Services

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of payment
• Refunds are only applicable if the paid service has not been activated or used
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Collecting user data for unauthorized purposes (scraping, spamming)
• Attempting to bypass payment systems or manipulate pricing
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts platform operations
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Contacting users off-platform to solicit payments or personal information

All content on the Platform — including logos, design, text, graphics, software, and database — is the property of Creative Technology unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

User-generated content (resumes, job listings, reviews) remains the property of the user who created it. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job listings
• That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The suitability of any job or employer for any candidate
• The conduct of any user (employer or job seeker) on the Platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Technology, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, or loss of business.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of ₹500.00 or the amount paid by you on the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour
• Non-payment of fees (for paid accounts)
• Inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months
• Upon your written request

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 10-16 of these Terms shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

For minor disputes, we encourage users to contact our support team first for an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
